Refund policy

Second-hand items:

We ask for a small reservation deposit as a commitment to show up. You have the opportunity to evaluate the item when you pick it up.

If you go ahead with the purchase, the deposit will be adjusted in the payment at the store. If you don’t want to go ahead, you can simply cancel the order through your account, after which the reservation amount will be returned to your original payment method.

You also have the right to return the item later within 14 days. Any related return charges will be handled by the buyer.

New items:

New items can be returned free of charge if they are damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 14 days to request a refund, and attach a video of the unpacking as documentation.

If you wish to return a new item for any other reason, this must be done no later than 14 days after receipt. In this case, we will not cover the return shipping. The full amount will be refunded as soon as we have received the item back in unused and intact condition.
