Prices

At Biophi, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.

Payment

We accept payment via MobilePay, PayPal and Shopify's payment solution.

Delivery

Goods are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be informed via email if delivery is more than 3 days and otherwise is not clearly noted on the website.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. These costs are calculated and disclosed at checkout.

Orders in Denmark over 500 DKK have free shipping options (not all options are available, but delivery to a parcel box and in the case of packages under 5 kg. also for home delivery).

Right of withdrawal & return

There is a 2-day full right of return on items purchased online. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. To return, please initiate that from your account.

You must cover the return costs yourself. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. There is no return fee.
