Used items:

All used items must be picked up at the address listed on the specific product page.

New items:

We offer free shipping on new items for purchases over 500 DKK. Orders under 500 DKK will be subject to a shipping fee of 39 DKK.

Returns

Used items:

There is no right of return on used items. However, you have the opportunity to evaluate the item when you pick it up. If you regret your purchase upon pick-up, you can simply cancel the order through your account, after which the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

New items:

New items can be returned free of charge if they are damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 2 days to request a refund, and attach a video of the unpacking as documentation.

If you wish to return a new item for any other reason, this must be done no later than 2 days after receipt. In this case, we will not cover the return shipping. The full amount will be refunded as soon as we have received the item back in unused and intact condition.
